Three systems for one high-volume DTC store. A daily order sheet with the gift logic baked in, SMS recovery for abandoned carts, and a Telegram bot where workers photograph each packed box. Claude Vision checks the photo against the order and flags wrong variants or missing gifts before the parcel ships.

Order routing and workforce tooling for an Algerian cash-on-delivery operation. Orders auto-sort by type, SKU, and channel, then route to the right agent while respecting each one's rest days. The client runs the whole team from one dashboard, and month-end pay tallies itself from confirmed-order counts.

Elementor Localizer

Off-the-shelf plugins mangle Elementor pages. They hit the wrong fields and flatten widget layouts. This Node.js CLI extracts only the translatable strings, runs them through DeepL, and writes them back without touching the markup. Used to localize a 15-site WordPress network, each targeting a different market.

Catalog Scraper

A self-hosted FastAPI service that takes a category URL and returns structured product data (name, variants, prices, images) across multiple store platforms. When a catalog is JS-rendered and HTML scraping returns empty, it falls back to the store's own API instead of failing. One service replaces a custom scraper for every new store.
